The treatment of acute stroke patients by a multi-professional, interdisciplinary team is very time-critical. Interface problems are pre-programmed and pitfalls relevant for patient safety are omnipresent. In this context, we deal with the evaluation of patient safety and job satisfaction. Current projects aim at establishing crew resource management (CRM) and methods for measuring the patient safety climate in stroke acute care.
